Sponsorships are available on a one-time or annual basis and tailored to meet the goals of both the City and the sponsor. All sponsorships are subject to approval and governed by a formal Sponsorship Agreement, which outlines:

• Sponsor and City responsibilities
• Sponsorship level benefits
• Use of City logo or co-branding opportunities
• Terms for promotion and public recognition
• Conditions for termination and insurance requirements

The City may also work with third-party professionals to support sponsor outreach.

There are several ways to support the City through sponsorship:

• Event & Program Sponsorship
  Support a City-hosted or co-hosted event or program, such as seasonal festivals, concerts, or recreation activities. 
• Project Sponsorship
  Contribute to one-time City initiatives with a defined result, such as public art installations or community beautification efforts.
• Site Sponsorship
  Sponsor a specific City facility, park feature, or amenity, with recognition that reflects your lasting contribution.

We are currently seeking sponsorships for Community Service Day '25, which takes place on Saturday, September 20. 

Community Builder ($5,000+)

• One minute of business promotion at the event
• Business shout-out at the event
• Individual social media post shout-out
• Logo displayed on the event page of the City's website
• Logo displayed on social media posts regarding the event

Community Champion ($2,500)

• Logo displayed on the event page of the City's website 
• Logo displayed on social media posts regarding the event

Supporter: ($500-1000)

• Name listed on the event page of the City's website 
• Name listed on social media posts regarding the event

Your support helps the City:

• Enhance events and programs open to all residents
• Promote inclusive and accessible community experiences
• Advance City priorities, values, and strategic goals
• Deliver public services while minimizing City costs

In return, sponsors receive tangible and intangible benefits, such as:

• Logo placement and recognition in City publications and at events
• Marketing and promotional opportunities
• Booth space at sponsored events
• Acknowledgment by City officials and on social media

The City welcomes partnerships with sponsors who share our commitment to community and civic life. However, sponsorships will not be accepted if they:

• Conflict with City values or priorities
• Represent a conflict of interest
• Promote illegal or adult-oriented businesses, political causes, or religious messaging

All sponsorships are subject to review and approval by the City Manager (or designee). Sponsorships of $100,000 or more require approval by the Livermore City Council. For in-kind sponsorships, insurance requirements may apply.
