A vital function of our Asset Management program is performing repairs and preventive maintenance for 27 City-owned facilities, 7 water features, and 7 flag poles.

Some examples of the structures that Facility Maintenance maintains are the three public parking garages located within the downtown area, three Libraries, five Fire Stations, City Campus buildings which consists of the Civic Meeting Hall, the Police Station, and City Hall. Facility Maintenance also monitors and makes repairs to all of the EV chargers that are located on City of Livermore properties.

In addition, this section provides support to any department requiring special events assistance.
