Note: The City may separately invoice Executive and Corporate Hangar tenants for any amount over $100 in monthly electrical charges.

Late Charges and Interest

A late charge of 5% of the monthly rental is due if rent is not paid by the 10th day of subsequent month. If all charges are not paid within 30 days from the due date, City may terminate the lease. Interest is charged on late payments at 0.5% per month.

Landing & Transient Fees

Landing Fees

Landing fees are assessed on commercial aircraft operations (this includes landings of all non-based general aviation aircraft that conduct air taxi, charter or cargo operations under FAR Part 121 or Part 135) based on maximum certificated gross landing weight:

Parking Fees

Transient parking fees are based on gross weight for each 8-24 hour period, and any 24-hour period thereafter:
