68ºThe Parkview
The Parkview would develop a vacant lot to the north of the Portola Avenue and Rincon Avenue Intersection in the Isabel Neighborhood Specific Plan. The project will consist of three residential buildings totaling 31 three-story townhouse style condominiums. The project includes six affordable units and four accessible units, a Class 2b bike lane, and related landscaping, parking, stormwater, and frontage improvements.
