SMP 40 is part of the SMP 39 & 40 industrial annexation project covering 105± acres in the northwest portion of the City. SMP 40 (APN 904-10-2-2) was annexed into City of Livermore in 2024 to allow for development of office, light industrial, warehouse and related uses. SMP 40 includes development of two industrial buildings totaling approximately 759,275 square feet of new building space with related internal roadways, parking, landscaping, utilities, and other improvements. The SMP 40 Project includes annexation of four additional parcels (APNs 904-10-2-3, -5, -7, and -8) located east of SMP 40. Development is not proposed on the four additional parcels as part of the SMP 40 Project. The Project also includes on- and off-site trail facilities.
