Shea Serenity is a residential project on approximately 13 acres within the Isabel Neighborhood Specific Plan. The project would develop the vacant site at the northeast corner of Portola Avenue and Collier Canyon Road with 299 total units, consisting of 89 for-sale condominiums and 210 for-rent apartments. Of the total, 60 units will be reserved for residents with very low, low, median, and moderate-income levels and 51 will be designated as accessible. Rental buildings will be clustered on the eastern part of the site and condominium buildings will be clustered to the west. Pocket parks would be dispersed throughout the project, serving as common open space, while a pool deck, fitness center, and recreation center would provide a central gathering place and amenity for the apartment complex.
