Goodness Village is a supportive housing development with 28 units operating on the Crosswinds Church campus. The project includes a new, approximately 7,146 square foot community center for Goodness Village residents and administrative offices for Goodness Village staff. In addition to the office space for staff, the community center will provide space for wrap-around services, laundry, fitness, dining and meetings. Goodness Village serves people in the Tri-Valley with low income, supportive housing with wrap-around services. The use has been providing these services and benefits to the Livermore and broader Tri-Valley community since early 2021.
