Cornerstone Townhomes and Apartments is a residential project to develop a vacant, 13.09-acre lot at the northwest corner of Collier Canyon Road and Constitution Drive within the Isabel Neighborhood Specific Plan with a total 253 residential units. There are 143, for-sale townhomes in 21 buildings that have four to nine units in each building. There are 110 for-rent apartments in one, T-shaped building with five stories. Of the proposed 253 units, 114 will be deed-restricted affordable units. The project will improve and dedicate three areas for park and recreation uses - a 2.53 acre public park, a 0.5 acre public pocket park, and a 1,490 foot long trail along Collier Creek.
