Cava (Triad West) is a residential project located on approximately 5 acres northwest of the North Canyons Parkway and Triad Place intersection within the Isabel Neighborhood Specific Plan. The project includes 112 for-sale condominium units within 12 three-story buildings, with units ranging in size between 1,000 to 1,800 square feet. Of these, 22 units will be designated as affordable at median and moderate-income levels (i.e., 100 percent to 120 percent of Alameda County Area Median Income), and 12 units will be accessible units. The project includes a 0.2-acre central park would serve as the community’s common open space while private open space would be provided on unit balconies and porches. An approximately 2,600 square foot dog park would also be provided in the projects' northwest corner with a stormwater treatment area located in the southwest corner. Pedestrian connections would be provided along North Canyons Parkway and Triad Place. Public improvements include a bus stop with shelter and elevated pad, a new bike lane, street trees and landscaping, and new curb cuts and driveways.
