The Blanco Event Center is an indoor/outdoor event venue featuring a rooftop bar in the Downtown Specific Plan Core, Subarea 3. This space will accommodate weddings, corporate events, private parties, and social gatherings. In addition, community-centered events such as rooftop summer movie nights and sunset wine dinners in collaboration with local wineries would be held. The basement level would include a bar and lounge area, storage rooms, and restrooms. The main floor level would include a full-service kitchen, reception/dining area with bar, and restrooms. The rooftop level would include ceremony and dining spaces, rooftop bar and entertainment area, and restrooms.
