68ºBlacksmith Square Retail and Brewery
Key commercial component of Downtown Plan approved by the City Council in 2019. Project expands the existing Blacksmith Square development with 13,200 square feet of new commercial space. The buildings will surround a new and expanded 5,000 square foot courtyard that will be activated with fire pits, art pieces and landscaping.
