Arroyo Vista Residential Project is a modification a project on approximately 29 acres within the Arroyo Vista Neighborhood Plan at the corner of Arroyo Vista and Las Positas Road. The project is a single-family development with 87 units having an average of 3,000 square feet, two pocket parks, trail connections, benches, and a contribution of $2 million dollars to be split evenly between the Community Benefit Fund and Social Opportunity Endowment Fund. Trumark Homes LLC. (the Developer) will also pay in-lieu fees towards affordable housing that aids housing projects within Housing and Human Services. All units are for sale. The project also includes a Development Agreement Amendment and a Subdivision.

NOTICE: In conjunction with the development, new traffic signals have been installed at the intersections of Las Positas Road and Contractors Street/Vilana Street and Las Positas Road and Arroyo Vista. Please see the map below which notes upcoming changes to these intersections.
