Amarone (Triad East) is a residential project located on approximately 5 acres northeast of the North Canyons Parkway and Triad Place intersection within the Isabel Neighborhood Specific Plan. The project includes 172 for-sale condominiums within 13 three-story buildings, with units ranging in size between 626 and 1,275 square feet. Of these, 34 units will be designated as affordable at median and moderate-income levels (i.e., 100 percent to 120 percent of Alameda County Area Median Income), and 24 units will be accessible units. The project design includes two distinct building types consisting of three-floor townhomes and one-floor stacked garden flats. The development also includes an approximately 0.25-acre private park, and related landscaping, parking, stormwater, and frontage improvements. The project applicant has submitted for relief under the Housing Crisis Act of 2019 (CA SB330).
