The Housing & Human Services Division is open Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for drop-in services.

The mission of the Housing and Human Services Division (HHS) is to produce, preserve, and support affordable housing to help low-income, homeless, senior, and disabled Livermore residents. HHS also administers contracts with community organizations to assist low-income residents in obtaining necessary services for children and youth, singles and families, seniors, and those who have special needs.

News & Events

• Tri-Valley Haven Thanksgiving Distribution on Monday, 11/24 from 9am-6pm – to receive supplemental holiday food, including a turkey (Must be registered) 

• Tri-Valley Haven Christmas Distribution on Saturday, 12/13 from 9am-6pm (must be registered)

• Recipients will receive gift cards (amount based on family size) and holiday stockings.
• Distribution registration details: To attend Thanksgiving and or Christmas distributions, families MUST be registered. Registration will be every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday beginning October 8th and ending November 1st at the Tri Valley Haven Food pantry, 150 North L Street, Livermore CA. Participants MUST bring ID (passport OK) that shows they reside in the Tri Valley (Livermore, Dublin, Pleasanton, or Sunol) or if they already attend our food pantry, they can bring their food bank card for an even faster process. Once registered participants will be given a card which they will need to bring to both events.
