This project is phase 2 of a campus-wide program of repairs/upgrades to occupied buildings at the Water Reclamation Plant (WRP). There are currently 6 occupied buildings located withing the WRP. The HVAC system in the administration building is at the end of its service life, is not energy efficient, and does not provide sufficient heating and cooling. Long term remodeling of this building is anticipated to improve safety, increase accessibility, and provide better function for current use. Improvements are anticipated to include HVAC and roofing repairs, installing a centralized energy management system, building remodeling, data and communication improvements, and accessibility improvements.
