This project will resurface various City streets where the pavement condition has degraded below a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) score of 50. The list of streets chosen for this project are consistent with the City of Livermore's Pavement Management Program. At this time, the project includes:

• Resurfacing First Street from M Street to O Street and introducing bulb outs to calm traffic, improve pedestrian crossings, stripe a bike boulevard, and beautify downtown Livermore.
