This Street Resurfacing project will rehabilitate the pavement on First Street from M Street to O Street while incorporating streetscape improvements that enhance the appearance and functionality of Downtown Livermore.

In addition to resurfacing the roadway, the project will include new pavement striping, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements, upgraded street lighting, landscaping enhancements, and additional street trees designed to complement the character of the downtown. These improvements will improve pavement conditions, enhance pedestrian accessibility, and support the City's continued investment in Downtown Livermore. The project has been developed in coordination with the City's Pavement Management Program and Downtown Specific Plan to improve both transportation infrastructure and the downtown streetscape.
