The purpose of this project is to enhance pedestrian and traffic safety by maintaining and improving lighting levels, reducing energy usage by upgrading equipment. This project is expected to include lighting improvements along Vallecitos Road west of E. Vineyard Avenue as well as various other locations throughout the City.
