This project will perform base repairs along Las Positas Road, Arroyo Vista, and Bennett Drive with Trumark Tracts 8714 and 8689. During construction of the offsite improvements for Tracts 8714 and 8689, City staff noted the roadway frontages are in poor condition and require base repairs. As these improvements go beyond the Developer's original conditions of approval, the developer is eligible for TIF reimbursements of $400,000 for this project, which also covers associated administration and inspection expenses.
