During the 2023 winter storms, Arroyo Mocho Creek overflowed, and fast-moving water damaged parts of the trail and creek bank, including washing out the path under the bridge. To prevent future damage, the City will build a new section of trail along a different route, reconnecting the Arroyo Mocho Trail near the Concannon Boulevard bridge.
