The City of Livermore (City) Community Development Department, Engineering Division, is seeking proposals from consultants who possess the skills and personnel to provide the City with support services for improving and maintaining its Community Rating System Class Credit under the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to provide interested consultants with general information regarding the scope of services expected for a Professional Services Agreement to be awarded, and the proposal process (including selection). Interested consultants are invited to respond to this RFP by submitting a proposal for consideration by the City. After review and evaluation of the proposals, the City may select a consultant as described therein.
A digital copy must be received by 5 PM PST on December 9, 2025 Four (4) written, signed copies of the consultant's proposal enclosed in a sealed envelope must be received by December 9, 2025 on or before 5 PM PST at the following location:

Postmarks will not be accepted. A digital copy must also be delivered to lysum@livermoreca.gov and be received by 5 PM PST on December 9, 2025. Incomplete responses, late responses, and/or responses not in compliance with the RFP format and requirements will not be considered.
