You may request morning or afternoon inspections, but you will need to call (925) 960-4445 on the day of your inspection between: 7:00-8:00 AM to confirm. There will be days that we complete all our inspections in the morning in which case your afternoon inspection will be scheduled for late morning. Please leave the permit number, project address, on-site contact name and phone number, the type of inspection and choice of AM or PM.

• AM inspections are performed between 8:00 and 11:30 AM.

• PM inspections are performed between 12:00 and 3:30 PM.

• You can call to get a one hour arrival time frame or to talk to an inspector by calling (925) 960-4445 between 7-8 AM the morning of your inspection.

• Inspections can be requested no later than 11:00 PM the day before you need the inspection.

• If you have questions, changes or cancellations after 8:00 AM, please call (925) 960-4410.

• You can also schedule an inspection by calling (925) 960-4430.

• Inspections are NOT LIVE on our ACA permit portal.
